Case managers are dedicated to helping offenders make genuine efforts towards rehabilitation.
Community Correctional Services (CCS) manage offenders on court orders, complex offenders on post-sentence supervision and prisoners on parole. Case managers ensure that these people are meeting their court and parole conditions, and help connect them to programs and services in their community that will motivate them to break the cycle of offending.
