Case Management

Our case management staff are highly specialised technical experts who apply evidence-based practices, tools and techniques to reduce reoffending.

Community Correctional Services case managers supervise offenders who have been sentenced to an order by the court. Case managers work with offenders to address their offending behaviour to reduce the likelihood of re-offending and monitor their compliance against order conditions.

Our evidence-based practices are developed from both research and operational experience, and form the basis of interventions and programs.
