Case managers are dedicated to helping offenders make genuine efforts towards rehabilitation.

Community Correctional Services (CCS) manage offenders on court orders, complex offenders on post-sentence supervision and prisoners on parole. Case managers ensure that these people are meeting their court and parole conditions, and help connect them to programs and services in their community that will motivate them to break the cycle of offending.

As a case manager with Corrections Victoria, you will likely enjoy:

❂ A work/life balance within your dedicated and supportive team - 5pm finishes are encouraged!

❂ Fully-paid training to ensure you come to your first day of work with confidence in your ability to do the job.

❂ Personalised Professional Development Plans – opportunities for promotion and career progression both within Corrections Victoria and the Department of Justice and Regulation

❂ Strong networks with external supporting agencies in the community
